18 Lunch and Learn: Are you at risk for heart disease? Join Glow members at the Scooter's Coffeehouse on College and Antioch, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., to take a free seven-minute online heart health assessment. Anyone considered at-risk will be able to make an appointment for a free one-hour evaluation with a Shawnee Mission Medical Center Cardiac Clinician.

24 Lunch and Learn: Auto mechanics 101- Learn the basics of car maintenance from Nick Sallas, Sallas Auto. The seminar will be held at Scooter's Coffeehouse on Shawnee Mission Parkway.
