Speech Therapy

Our speech pathologists work with a variety of communication disorders in children and adults of all ages. We help people with all aspects of communication including listening, talking, thinking, remembering, reading and writing, as well as alternate forms of communication such as sign language and augmentative communication. We also help people with swallowing problems.

Speech and Language Therapy
Our speech-language pathologists are highly qualified, experienced individuals with over 50 years of combined experience. Specialized training has prepared these individuals to be on the cutting edge of successful programs. The therapists perform a comprehensive evaluation and develop a personalized treatment plan that:

  • Is planned as a result of the evaluation, in cooperation with the individual and family members, if appropriate
  • Consists of 30-60 minutes, one-on-one therapist/client sessions, involving the individual in tasks and exercises to achieve the desired goals
  • Provides recommendations for home practice and possible referral needs
