Because of the many challenges people with diabetes face, our approach with your special health care needs is collaborated in a multidisciplinary team effort, including endocrinologists, registered nurses and certified diabetes educators. This team approach allows us to offer our patients comprehensive, state-of-the-art care, including:
- Insulin pump/certified insulin pump training
- Continuous glucose monitoring devices
- Electronic downloading of glucose monitor and insulin pump information
- Patient support groups.
