After growing up in western Kansas, Leigh Anne graduated from William Woods College in Fulton, Mo. She has worked at RMI for nearly 13 years. Having struggled with infertility herself, Leigh Anne said, “My personal experience in infertility is a valuable asset to the patients.” Outside of work she enjoys being an active participant in fundraising and community activities and spending time with her family, husband and two children, thanks to RMI.
Jami is a Kansas City native and graduated from Johnson County Community College. Not only is Jami one of the faces you’ll see at the front desk, but she also serves as the surgery coordinator. Now pregnant with twin girls thanks to RMI, Jami said, “My personal journey with infertility helps me understand the emotions our patients are experiencing.” In her free time, Jami enjoys reading, watching movies and spending time with her husband, family, friends and two dogs.
Raquel was raised and attended college in Garden City, Kan., before making Kansas City her home in 2001. Following nearly 10 years as an OB/Gyn nurse, Raquel joined RMI in February 2009. Raquel said, “I love being a part of RMI as it allows me to utilize my background and assist in an area of women's health that I find challenging yet rewarding.” Raquel and her husband are the proud parents of a U.S. Marine and a teenage son.
Celeste grew up in Hawaii and moved to Kansas City in 1989. After graduating from Park University, Celeste has dedicated 15 years to nursing, working in obstetrics/gynecology and the Cath Lab. She has a special love for infertility due to her own history of recurrent losses experienced along the way, ultimately achieving a family of five children and nine grandchildren with her husband. Celeste is a board member for a nonprofit group that supports education for inner city children. She and her husband enjoy dancing both competitively and socially in their spare time around family activities.
A Kansas City native, Traci spent a few years in Phoenix, Ariz., to attend college and then returned to Kansas City and has been a part of the RMI family for more than six years. She enjoys helping patients navigate the difficult financial journey of infertility. Traci’s talents also include balancing the challenges of being a working mother, while keeping a smile on her face. She also enjoys reading, music and spending time with her friends, family, husband and daughter.
