Looking for restful sleep? Join us at the November Breast Cancer Connection and understand how lack of sleep impacts your health. Carole Guillaume, MD, FASSM; and Leah Luckeroth, MD, will discuss sleep disorders, explain why sleep hygiene is important and review how much sleep is needed for improved health. We will review sleep diaries and persistent sleep problems that should be further evaluated by your physician or sleep specialist.
