You will receive an instant text reply with wait times for both ER locations – the main campus at I-35 and 75th Street in Merriam, and the Shawnee Mission Outpatient Pavilion at K-7 and Prairie Star Parkway in Lenexa. If you experience a life-threatening emergency dial 911. Wait times are approximate and are an average of the time between when patients over the previous half hour have checked in and the time they were first seen by a physician or nurse practitioner. Patients with life threatening circumstances and those who are more severely compromised will take priority and can impact wait times. Our staff will work to inform you of any delay in your care. And, we have many physician specialists available on-call so you don't have to wait for the next day to follow-up on your care.
