Cash, check, credit card and Medicare accepted.

The vaccine is available for those who meet the following requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Pregnant females must have an order from an OB/Gyn
- Are not taking an anticoagulant such as Coumadin, Warfarin or Lovenox
- Are not taking antibiotics
- Do not have a fever greater than 100.4 degrees
- Do not have an active nerve disorder.
